Janulewicz addressed the issue <br />of comp time for salaries employees who are not paid by the hour. <br />Quandt moved and Hartman seconded the motion to have Janulewicz <br />provide the board with an opinion regarding appointed officials <br />who receive a set salary and take comp time. Quandt, Landis, <br />Hartman, Stelk, Leslie, and Abernethy voted yes, and Rosenkotter <br />voted no. Motion carried. Quandt asked the board members to <br />think about having the Sheriff run the jail. <br /> <br />Janulewicz reported that Hall County's appeal regarding the State <br />Board of Equalization's action has been docketed by the State <br />Supreme Court so it won't be heard by the State Court of Appeals. <br />He said this case will probably be heard the week of May 5.
