Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />BOARD ASSISTANT ELLEN MERRILL'S REPORT - <br /> <br />Stelk read the progress report for Ellen Merrill and letters were <br />presented to the board members for signatures. <br /> <br />Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to refer" <br />statement from Dan Novotny Counseling to the County <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and <br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />the letter and <br />Attorney. <br />Stelk all voted <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS - <br /> <br />Quandt - He had no report. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the Mid Plains meeting and reported that they <br />are in the process of building client housing that will be owned <br />by the foundation. This would create more cash flow. <br /> <br />Rosenkotter - She had no report. <br /> <br />Abernethy - She attended the Family Violence Board meeting and <br />Lynn Barkley was appointed to the board. She also attended the <br />Corrections Committee meeting, County Government Day Committee <br />and the Local Emergency Planning Committee meeting. The Local <br />Emergency Planning Committee is working on educating people on <br />hazardous waste. <br /> <br />Leslie - He attended the Safety Committee meeting the minutes will <br />be ready next week. He also attended the Corrections Committee <br />they will be holding one more weekly meeting then hold a meeting <br />once a month. They hope to put the results in written form. <br /> <br />Stelk - She attended the County Government Day Committee meeting <br />and they will meet again in March. She also attended the Criminal <br />Justice Committee meeting and did not attend the Library Board <br />meeting. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS - <br /> <br />Rosenkotter questioned if the committee addressing the technical <br />issues at the jail could meet. This will be decided later. <br />Hartman called for a meeting of the Insurance Committee with <br />the consultant. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - <br /> <br />The interchange meeting will be held at 7:00 P.M. at College Park. <br /> <br />10:30 Meeting recessed until 11:00. <br /> <br />11:03 Returned to regular session. <br />
