<br />The Public Work Committe report was received. Quandt made a motion
<br />and Hartman seconded to accept the committee's recommendation for
<br />the bids for the material on Project C40(267). The bids will be
<br />received at the Hall County Clerk's office until February 13, with
<br />a bid opening at 10:00 A.M. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Quandt made a motion and Abernethy seconded to accept the state bid
<br />on the Ford F150 4X4 truck. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Hartman made a motion and Leslie seconded to accept bids on the
<br />gradall with a bid opening for February 20, at 10:00 A.M. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none
<br />voted no. Motion Carried.

<br />The Chair called for a motion to use the old signature plate
<br />on the check signer and the payroll stamp. Quandt made a motion and
<br />Leslie seconded to use the old signature plate and stamp with
<br />Irene Abernethy's signature. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />A discussion was held with Election Commissioner Mary Kay Shay and
<br />County Treasurer Doris Mason on the storage of the old records.
<br />Mary Kay and Doris will make a recommendation to the board when
<br />they ma~e an agreement.

<br />Commence audit of monthly claims.
<br />
<br />The following action was taken on the monthly claims. The claim
<br />from David Plautz #96010384 was sent back for clarification and claim
<br /># 96010166 for the Hall County Department of Corrections was held for
<br />an itemized list of the phone calls.
<br />
<br />Abernethy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve and pay all
<br />claims except to hold #96010384 and #93010166 for clarification.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes
<br />and none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />They r~ceived a request for a Conditional Use Permit for prairie State
<br />Broadcasting, Inc., for construction of a radio tower in Hall County.
<br />Quandt made a motion and Landis seconded to set the public hearing
<br />for February 13 at 9:30 A.M. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />The Conditional Use Committee will need to schedule a meeting.

<br />Resolution #960002 to Permit a Conditional Use for Muckel's Aerial,
<br />Inc., was received. Quandt made a motion and Landis seconded to
<br />approve and sign resolution #960002. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />WHEREAS, an application was filed by Muckel's Aerial, Inc., to

<br />permit-the conditional use of the Easterly Twenty (20) Acres of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall

<br />County, Nebraska, for the operation of an agricul tural chemical
<br />aerial application facility at which agricultural fertilizers and
<br />pesticides would be stored and handled; and
