<br />f?~' r II <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT ON BRIDGE PROJECT: The public <br />works committee report was read and Stelk made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to set the bid opening for Hall County Project <br />C40(287) 130th Road, for December 23, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted <br />yes and none voted no, with Landis absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COM1\1IITTEE REPORT <br /> <br />The PublicWorks Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br />accept bids for bridge material for Hall County Project C40(287) 130th Road, Bridge <br />36S8. Bids to be received until 10:00 A.NI. on December 23, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Daniel J. H tIer <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />:Rang <br />-0- k'kJ <br />Gary Quandt <br /> <br />Q1LJ <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMUSEMENT LICENSE FOR NEW ALDA LOUNGE: <br />Stelk made a motion and Hartman seconded to set the public <br />hearing for the amusement license for New AIda Lounge for 10:15 <br />a.m. December 23, 1997. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with Landis <br />absent, Motion carried. <br /> <br />TOWER COMMITTEE REPORT ON CHANGE ORDER FOR TOWER BUILDING: This <br />change order was called for in order to comply with electrical <br />codes. It was determined that this area is in the 2-mile <br />jurisdiction and the change is required. Stelk made a motion <br />and Hartman seconded to authorize the change order. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Long and Stelk all voted yes and Quandt <br />voted no, with Landis absent. Motion ca~ried. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded to go into a Board <br />of Equalization meeting. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with Landis <br />absent. Motion carried <br /> <br />Returned to regular session. <br />
