Hartman stated that Howard County <br />had placed the cattle walk and this is causing the drainage <br />problem. Hartman made a motion and Quandt seconded to send <br />a letter to Howard County on this matter. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted <br />no, with Landis absent. It is further recommended that if <br />nothing is done that Hall County will plug or dike off the water from the pipe under Loup <br />River Road. .
