<br />APPROVE PURCHASE OF FAX MACHINE: Lisa Hagen, board secretary,
<br />included a recommendation to purchase a Sharp plain paper fax
<br />machine for $319.99. Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded
<br />to purchase the machine and take it out of the board's budget
<br />from office supplies. Abernethy Hartman, Lancaster, Landis,
<br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />COMMITTEE ROOM EQUIPMENT: The tables and chairs in the committee
<br />room need to be upgraded since this room is used for a large
<br />number of meetings. This was referred to the building and
<br />grounds committee and they will return with a recommendation.
<br />They will also address the condition of the computer room and the
<br />purchase of an overhead projector.
<br />
<br />MISCELLANEOUS RECEIPTS: Abernethy made a motion and Stelk
<br />seconded to accept the miscellaneous receipts and place on file.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all
<br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
