He stated <br />that the employees of the Road Department are a very dedicated <br />and a good work force. Discussion was held on the percentage <br />increases and the merit steps. The bargaining committee is <br />scheduled to meet on Thursday. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Lancaster seconded to add an emergency <br />executive session concerning CWA negotiations to the agenda. Mr. <br />Kelly requested to include the union stewards in the executive <br />session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11:35 a.m. Executive session <br /> <br />12:08 a.m. Hartman made a motion and Quandt seconded to go out of <br />executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />12:10 P.M. Recessed for lunch <br /> <br />1:30 p.m Returned to session. Stelk made a motion and Abernethy <br />seconded to go into a Board of Corrections meeting. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3:00 p.m. Chairman Long adjourned the Board of Corrections <br />meeting. <br /> <br />3:05 p.m. Stelk made a motion and Abernethy second to go into a <br />Board of Equalization meeting. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br />
