This is when the budget needs to be approved to go to the state. The county made <br /> the decision to cut off the transportatian in the city limits December 31, 2013 it will be the city's <br /> responsibility to move forward with their MOP plan. <br /> Mr. Arnold expressed concern in the difference in the fiscal year between the county and the <br /> City and also concern that the city needs ta be responsible for their part of the public <br /> transportation. <br /> Mr. Purdy stated that it is in our best interest to approve this budget request. <br /> Ms. Lancaster called for other questions from the board members and no one responded. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for public participation regarding the public transportation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 6A) APPROVE R�SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SENIOR CITIZENS INDUSTRIES FOR THE OPERATION OF HAI,L COUNTY PUBLIC <br /> TRANSPORTATION —Quandt made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the <br /> Resolution #13-015 authorizing the execution of an agreement with Senior Citizens and Hall <br /> County. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motian carried. <br /> 66) APPROVE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SENIOR CITIZENS INDUSTRI�S AND COMSTOCK CORPORATION FOR THE PROVISION <br /> OF ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AND THE <br /> HANDICAPPED--Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve Resolution #13-016 <br /> authorizing the execution of an agreement with Comstock Cab Corporation and Seniar Citizen <br /> Industries. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 6C) APPROVE RESOL.UTION AUTHORIZING HALL COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION <br /> TO APPLY �OR ASSISTANCE — Schuppan made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve <br /> Resolution #13-p17 approving the application for public transportation. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziala all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 3 <br />
