Hartman made a motion and Landis seconded to approve <br />Resolution #97-0058. The warrantee deed has already been signed <br />by the State. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Arthur and Mary Niedfelt. Eloise and Charles Weber.
