Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM COMPUTER COMMITTEE: The following committee <br />report was read. Discussion was held concerning training <br />additional people. The annual maintenance of $6,103.00 will <br />cover computer updates and entitle Hall County to these changes <br />without any additional costs. Stelk made a motion and Landis <br />seconded to accept the computer committee recommendation to <br />accept the bid from American Information Systems. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Computer Committee Report <br /> <br />The Computer Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors accept the <br />bid for Election Commissioner's software from American Information Systems (AIS) in the <br />amount of $37,700 plus travel and lodging and an annual maintenance of $6,103 after the first <br />year. This amount is with the exclusion of two software packages that were in the original <br />bid. To pay for this software, $20,000 will come out of the 1996-1997 special elections line <br />item and $17,700 will come out of the computer fund in miscellaneous general. <br /> <br /> <br />QL'7a,~M~ <br /> <br />Pamela E.
