The fee for this would be <br />$94.00. Mr Scherling stated that he was not aware that this <br />permit has expired and he would renew the permit immediately. <br />Stelk made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve the manager <br />license with the stipulation that the food and drink permit would <br />be renewed. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY: Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to hold <br />executive session for the public defenders organization , <br />executive session for the public safety center and executive <br />session regarding personnel. Abernethy Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />9:10 A.M. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />10:00 A.M. Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to go out of <br />executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />10:00 A.M. COMMUNICATIONS TOWER BID OPENING: The following bids <br />were read: <br /> <br />Midland Telecom, Inc., Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> <br />1-300' Rohn Model 80 guyed tower $65,107.00 with alternate bid of <br />$67,435.00 <br /> <br />Platte Valley Communications, Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> <br />1-300' Rohn Model 80 guyed tower $58,894.00 with alternate bid of <br />$59,995.00 <br /> <br />Stelk made <br />refer them <br />7:00 p.m. <br />and Stelk <br /> <br />a motion and Hartman seconded to accept the bids and <br />to the tower committee. They will meet Thursday at <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CLAIM FOR STATE DIESEL TAXi Stelk made a motion and Lancaster <br />seconded to authorize payment of the state diesel tax. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no.
