Stelk made a motion and Hartman seconded to <br />approve Resolution #97-0047 to increase appropriations for the <br />Hall County Sheriff's Office. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Long~ Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and Landis voted no. Motion <br />carrled. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ##97- c) (J L,/7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />THE HALL COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circwnstances there are additional expenses to be incurred in the operation of the <br />Hall County Sheriff's Office which expenses could not have been reasonably anticipated at the time the County budget for i <br />the current year was adopted; and - <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funds for operation of the County Sheriff's Office are included in the County budget as part of the <br />County General Fund; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient unexpended and unencwnbered funds remaining in the County General Fund - <br />Miscellaneous item line 2-9900 (miscellaneous expenses) to permit a transfer ofS2,710.25 from said item to the <br />County General Fund item (sheriff's department) line 3-0212 (equipment repair-commercial) in order to pay said <br />unanticipated additional expenses. <br />
