Con ey, Hall ounty Deputy Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL EMERGENCY COUNTY BOARD MEETING THURSDAY APRIL 24, 1996 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m from recessed <br />session at 9:00 a.m. the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, <br />Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Long. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard <br />Hartman, Pamela Lancaster, Margaret Landis, Huey Long, Gary Quandt <br />and Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz, Ron Lahners and <br />Sam Grimminger, news media representatives Carol Bryant and NTV news. <br /> <br /> <br />Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded to hold executive session <br />in regard to personnel of Sheriff's Department. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no.
