<br />WHEREAS, all citizens should become more aware of child abuse and its prevention
<br />within the community and become involved in supporting parents to rear their children in a
<br />safe, nurturing environment;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors
<br />that April is Child Abuse Prevention Month in Hall County and that we call upon citizens,
<br />community agencies, religious organizations, medical facilities, and businesses to increase
<br />their participation in our efforts to prevent child abuse, thereby strengthening the communities
<br />in which we live.

<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Stelk to approve the renewal of Amuse-
<br />ment License for Mid-Nebr Speedway. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis,
<br />Long, Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
