<br />VENDING COMMITTEE REPORT: Three contracts with three vendors, Pepsi Cola,
<br />Coca:01a and Great Plains Vending were given to each board member. Attorney
<br />Janulewicz has originals if any changes need to be made before accepting.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Landis to approve all three committee
<br />recommendations for the vending machine companies. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />TAX CORRECTION NOTICES: Joann Tagge, Deputy County Assessor presented
<br />tax correction notices #1551 thru #1564 for approval.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to approve tax correction notices
<br />#1551 thru #1564 as presented and authorize chairman to sign. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted
<br />no. Motion carried.

<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to send letter to B & T Vending to
<br />terminate the contract for vending machines in county buildings and have
<br />until April 1, 1997 to remove machines. Abernethy, HRrtman, Lancaster;
<br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Had drafted letter to Stuhr Museum in regard to volunteer appreciation,
<br />Has new copier in office which is a loaner, New copier should be here
<br />this week. Has received paperwork for becoming notary, needs to obtain
<br />twenty five signatures of registered voters.

<br />Attended CASA Diversion Committee meeting, Conditional Use Committee
<br />meeting, unable to attend the Convention & Visitors Bureau meeting,
<br />Have Health Department Board meeting tonight at 7:00 p.m. Also will
<br />have a Convention & Visitors Bureau retreat at Fonner Park.
