<br />tJ;l~- 066 <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />REVISED INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT ON WOOD RIVER/WARM SLOUGH PROJECT. <br />.present during discussion WAre Public Works Director Dan Hostler, CPNRD <br />representative Milt Moravek, Grand Island City Attorney Charles Cuypers <br />and resident Ernie Dobesh. <br />Milt Moravek, Central Platte NRD spoke in regard to the proposed agreement <br />and stated there were no changes for Hall County. City of Grand Island and <br />CPNRD to each share 50% of Merrick County portion not funded. The City of <br />Grand Island voted last night to approve their share. CPNRD will vote at <br />their next meeting. CPNRD share to be 48.125%; City of Grand Island 40.625 <br />percent which will be $35,000.00 each. Hall County share will remain 11.25%. <br />Supervisor Quandt questioned section 15 in agreement. City Attorney <br />Cuypers spoke in regard to the question. More discussion followed. <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk to approve the revised inter local <br />Cooperative Agreement as presented for Wood River/Warm Slough Flood Control <br />Project and authorize Chairman to sign agreement. Abernethy, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Hartman voted no. Motion carried <br />on 6 yes, 1 no vote. <br /> <br />FIVE RESOLUTIONS FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR ROAD PROJECT. Dan Hostler, Public <br />Works Director explained the resolutions and had received the signed Warranty <br />Deeds for right of way and requested the Board Members approve the Resolutions <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS #97-0011, #97-0012, #97-0013, #97-0014 and #97-0015 <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Lancaster to adopt Resolutions #97-0011 <br />thru #97-0015 as presented. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IF 91- C:;CJ /J <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska. is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska. has successfully negotiated. with <br /> <br />Lorraine H. Kroeger and Blanche Kroeger for the sale of certain real estate to be described in <br /> <br />the following: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska. is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska. to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Lorraine H. Kroeger and Blanche Kroeger, grantor, to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />TRACf NO. 29 <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the West Ha1f(W 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West <br />of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />All of the southerly Forty-five (45.00) feet of the West Half(W 1/2) of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Fifteen (15); and containing 1.42 acres more or less of <br />which 1.03 acres is presently occupied by county road right-of-way.
