<br />97F 0 I/,Z, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SIGN LETTER WITH OLESEN & ASSOCIATES FOR BRIDGE DESIGN ON WOOD <br />RIVER: Discussion was held on the time frame involved and if <br />Merrick ."County was going to discuss and sign this agreement next <br />week. Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to delay siqning <br />this letter until next week. Wayne Bennett and Charlie C~ypers <br />spoke to the board about the importance of keeping this on <br />schedule. The cost to Hall County for this would be $9,000.00 <br />If Merrick County would withdra~ then the interlocal agreement <br />would have to be renegotiated. Stelk called for the question. <br />Hartman, Landis, Long and Quandt voted yes. Abernethy, Stelk <br />and Lancaster voted no. Motion carried. This will be on the <br />agenda for February 11. <br /> <br />LAURI SHULTIS - CRISIS CENTER SIX-MONTH REPORT: LaUri Shultis <br />with the Crisis Center presented the board with a report on the <br />county statistics of people served. She stated they are seeing <br />more violent acts of abuse. The Crisis Center is hoping to <br />reach out to the minority population in Hall County. <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL FOR FIVE POINTS BANK: <br />Hartman made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve Resolution <br />#97-0007 for additional collateral for Five Points Bank. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Stelk all voted yes and Quandt <br />abstained. .
