3 91 F'-- ci~ f QUARTERLY REPORT: Dan Hostler, Public Works Director provided copies of his quarterly report to the board members. 'He stated the balance of the account as shown on page three of the report was down but the funds will be transferred from the general fund to the road fund. Hostler also ask for the board's support on LB 115. He answered various questions from the board member's on the report. Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded to accept the quarterly report and place on filE. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. RESOLUTION FOR 5 YEAR TAX SALE: The Resolution for the 5wYear Tax Sale was presented to the board. Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to approve Resolution * 970005 for the 5-Year Tax Sale. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
