HEALTH DEPARTMENT INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT: Attorney Janulewicz reported on'the meetings held with City representatives and Health Department Board represent- atives to prepare the proposed agreement. Margaret Ethridge, Interim Director at Health Department was present. Discussion on agreement and the Health Department. Motion by Abernethy to approve the agreement. Motion died for lack of second. Discussion continued. Motion by Long, seconded by Abernethy to approve the agreement as pre- sented. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long andStelk voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF REAL ESTATE LISTING, 239 S. Plum. Attorney Janulewicz spoke in regard to the tax foreclosure case for real estate at 239 s. plum and requested board approve to list for sale with Home Realty. Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to approve the listing of 239 S. Plum with Home Realty to sell and get back on the tax rolls. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long and Quandt voted yes, none voted no. Chair Stelk was absent from chair. Motion carried. RESOLUTION FOR STOP SIGN AT WISEMAN ROAD AND AIRPORT ROAD. Dan Hostler Public Works Director explained the location and reason for stop signs. Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to adopt Resolution #97-0001, pending on Buffalo County also changing their stop sign locations. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. RES 0 LUTI ON ~?-c::x::J/ WHEREAS, several complaints have been received by Daniel J. Hostler, Public Works Director, that a dangerous traffic situation exists at the intersection of Wiseman Road and . Airport Road, and that it is necessary to change the stop signs at said intersection from an east~west stop to a north-south stop intersection. WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, deem it necessary in the interest of traffic safety to change said stop signs. THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered by the Hall County Board of Supervisors in regular session, that Daniel 1. Hostler, Public Works Director, hereby is authorized and directed to change stop signs at the intersection of Wiseman Road and Airport Road and that said stop signs at the intersection be changed in such a manner as to require traffic approaching said intersection from the north and south to. stop at Airport Road before entering into said intersection.
