EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE: Lancaster made <br />a motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session <br />regarding the personnel grievance and the land negotiations on a <br />specific piece of property. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no with Landis <br />absent. Motion carried <br /> <br />10:30 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />11:40 a.m. Arnold made a motion and Long seconded to go out of <br />executive session. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no with Landis absent. Motion <br />carried. The executive session on the personnel grievance will <br />be placed on the agenda for January 12. <br /> <br />LONG RANGE PLANNING AUTHORIZATION TO PURSUE NEGOTIATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZE EARNEST MONEY ON POSSIBLE BUILDING PURCHASE: Lancaster <br />made a motion and Stelk seconded to authorize the long-range <br />planning committee consisting of Richard Hartman, Tammie Stelk, <br />Pamela Lancaster and Jerry Janulewicz to meet and discuss <br />building negotiations for a possible purchase. Arnold, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no <br />with Landis absent. Motion carried. Lancaster stated that the <br />long-range planning wants to inform the new board members of <br />building needs and they will proceed in January with further <br />action. She also requested to make the information on the <br />building needs assessment available to the new board members. <br />
