Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no with Landis absent. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />12:25 p.m. Lancaster made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no with Landis <br />absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize payment <br />of an additional $150.00 per month starting January 1999 through <br />June 30, 1999, to be paid to Roxanne Vipond as ADA coordinator. <br />The additional salary will be paid from the ADA fund. <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS: Arnold - He attended the safety committee <br />meeting and reported that the county needs to hold an auction <br />because the storage space at the county shed if full. Some of <br />the things in storage need to be disposed because they are not <br />usable. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended the corrections department union <br />negotiations and the Economic Development board meeting. Public <br />Works Director Dan Hostler gave a report to Economic Development <br />Corporation on the county roads. She attended a computer <br />committee meeting and the Convention Visitors Bureau meeting was <br />covered by Renee Seifert. <br /> <br />Quandt - He attended the ADA meeting the safety committee meeting <br />and was pleased with Irene Abernethy receiving the county <br />official of the year award. <br /> <br />Long - He attended the audit committee meeting. <br /> <br />Stelk - She attended the corrections department union <br />negotiations and the open house for the out-going elected <br />officials. She also attended the computer committee meeting and <br />the concerns on the bidding process for the computers will be <br />addressed today. <br /> <br />Hartman - He did not have any meetings to report on but stated he <br />was contacted on a problem with a culvert but the county is <br />unable to do anything about it. <br /> <br />NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Chairman Hartman presented Gary <br />Quandt with a plaque thanking him for his service to Hall County. <br />
