The reuse committee hope <br />the property will be up for auction by October, 1999. They will <br />now need to work on the legal surveys and requested to authorize <br />Jerry Janulewicz to hire a part-time attorney to assist with this <br />work. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended the reuse meeting, the correction <br />negotiations, the computer committee meeting, Midland Area Agency <br />on Aging and the health and human services committee also met and <br />they are looking for alternative ways to manage this new <br />administrative level. She thanked the Convention Visitors Bureau <br />for the quarterly report. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the conditional use committee meeting on <br />the 5 acre tracts and stated more work needs to be done on this <br />issue before changes are made. Stelk suggested that Hall County <br />could set up an industrial tract. <br /> <br />ACTION ON CLAIM AUDIT: Landis made a motion and Long seconded to <br />approve all claims as audited.
