<br />q~FID~~\ <br /> <br />APPROVE PROCLAMATION FOR NATIONAL HOME CARE MONTH AND NATIONAL <br />HOSPICE MONTH: The proclamations for National Home Care Month and <br />National Hospice Month were read by County Clerk Marla Conley. <br />Long made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve and <br />authorize the Chair to sign them. Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. Long stated that his family had recently used the home <br />care and hospice services and he appreciated the importance of <br />these services. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION ON DISCUSSION OF NEGOTIATION STRATEGY REGARDING <br />UFCW (CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT): Lancaster made a <br />motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session regarding <br />the Negotiation strategy, executive session regarding performance <br />evaluations and regarding personnel corrections department. <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9:15 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />10:05 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:05 A.M. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE CLAIM FOR THE PUBLIC DEFENDER'S OFFICE: Lancaster made a <br />motion and Stelk seconded to approve the claim for the public <br />defenders organization for $20,000.00. Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT FOR SNOW REMOVAL FOR <br />STUHR MUSEUM: Stelk made a motion by consent agenda and Landis <br />seconded to authorize the chair to sign the snow removal <br />agreement, accept and place on file the office reports from the <br />County Sheriff, County Clerk amd Register of Deeds and place on <br />file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts. <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
