<br />qc()~Q3 d.-C:> <br /> <br />Landis - She attended the weed meetings and the union <br />negotiations meeting with the corrections union and an ADA <br />meeting. There will be a park committee meeting at noon on the <br />restrooms and the crane viewing area. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended some of the same meetings and the <br />election committee met with Election Commisssion Mary Kay Donohoo <br />concerning the ballot reader and she was able to purchase a new <br />reader. Lancaster made a motion and Landis seconded to authorize <br />the purchase of the new ballot reader for $50,000.00 Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and <br />Stelk was absent. Motion carried. Lancaster also reported that <br />the INS will meet with the County Board on October 13. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the same meetings and will appoint a <br />committee to work with Jerry Janulewicz on the nude dancing <br />issue. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: The proposal from Gene Frank on the remodeling of <br />the board room horse-shoe table was received. Landis made a <br />motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize Gene Frank to do the <br />remodeling. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and <br />Quandt all voted yes and none voted no with Stelk absent.
