Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />SIGN CONTRACT WITH DWIGHT JOHNSON FOR APPRAISALS ON SOUTH LOCUST <br />STREET PROJECT: Lancaster made a motion and Landis seconded to <br />authorize the chair to sign the contract with Dwight Johnson. <br />Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Stelk all voted yes. <br />Quandt voted no and Hartman abstained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Landis made a motion and Stelk seconded to release the Bill <br />Fisher appraisals to the County Board, the land owners and their <br />attorney. It was requested to address this in two weeks. Landis <br />and Stelk voted yes, Hartman abstained and Abernethy, Lancaster, <br />Long and Quandt voted no. Motion failed. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Dan Hostler returned with the bid <br />tabulation. Wilke Contracting was awarded the bid on the six box <br />culverts in the amount of $152,583.90. Quandt made a motion and <br />Stelk seconded to award the bid to Wilke Contracting. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE FLU SHOTS FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES: Long made a motion and <br />Lancaster seconded to approve the flu shots for county employees. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE COUNTY INVENTORIES: This will be <br />completed on October 13. <br /> <br />TAX CORRECTION NOTICES: Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded <br />to authorize the Chair to sign tax correction notices #1954 to <br />#1959. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
