Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County A1tomcy <br /> <br />CONSIDER AND APPROVE BID SOLICITATION FOR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />RE-SHINGLE PROJECT: The bid specifications for the shingle <br />removal and replacement for the Hall County Administration <br />Building, 121 South Pine, were presented to the board members, <br />setting the bid opening for October 13/ 1998. Some of the board <br />members expressed concerns that the weather may not be good and <br />it may be better to wait until spring to start this project. <br />Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to approve the <br />specifications and use the 40-year shingles for the project and <br />set the bid opening for October 13. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Long and Quandt voted no and Landis and Stelk voted <br />yes. Motion failed. <br />
