A RESOLUTION DETEAAllNlNG A FINAL ALLOCATION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR THE CAIRO FIRE DISTRICT 115 WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary request of levy allocation submitted by CAIRO FIRE DISTRICT 115 , hereinafter referred to as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amount of General $ 16, 595 Sinking $ 11,035 ,Bond$ , Tota1$27,630 for the fiscal year 1998- 1999,and WHEREAS, The Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid preliminary levy request and determined that a final allocation of levy authority should be made and established for the District. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, a final allocation oflevy authority in the amount of General .017506 , Sinking .011641 , Bond , Total . .029147 is hereby detennined. made and established for the District for the fiscal year 1998-1999. IT IS FURTHER RESOL YED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a copy of the Resolution to the chairperson of the governing body of the District. Passed and approved thi~day of August, 1998.
