q%' P CJc51 ~S Resolution #98 OO'7r?, A RESOLUTION DETER1VllNING A FINAL ALLOeA TION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR THE WOOD RIVER FIRE DISTRICT 112 WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary request of levy allocation submitted by WOOD RIVER FIRE DISTRIST 112 , hereinafter referred to as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amount of General $ 2 3 7 7 6 Sinking $ 2,900 , Bond $ . Total $ 26,676 forthefiscalyearl998- 1999,and WHEREAS, The Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid preliminary levy request and determined that a final allocation of levy authority should be made and established for the District. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, a final allocation oflevy authority in the amount of General .019202 ,Sinking .002342 ,Bond ,Total.021544 is hereby determined, made and established for the District for the fiscal year 1998-1999. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a copy of the Resolution to the chairperson of the governing body of the District.
