Abernethy Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE 1995 AND 1996 REPORT ON PRIOR YEAR <br />DELINQUENT PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES: Stelk made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to accept and place the report from the County <br />Treasurer. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />LETTER FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ROADS REGARDING RAILROAD CLOSING <br />AND APPROVE PROPOSALS FOR THE SITE SURVEYS: The board members <br />received a copy of the letter from the Department of Roads with <br />additional information and Public Works Director Dan Hostler <br />stated he had talked to some of the land owners. Stelk made a <br />motion and Quandt seconded to approve the proposals for the site <br />surveys. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Quandt seconded to set the public hearing <br />concerning the closing of the railroad crossings for July 29, <br />1998, at 5:00 p.m. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br />
