c; $:: tf ;)./~ APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH: Abernethy made a motion and ]~andis seconded to approve the reappointment of Don Brittin and that Doug Riggs and Dr. Kutilek be appointed to the Board of Health. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. APPOINTMENT TO THE HALL COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD: Long made a motion and Abernethy seconded to approve the appointment of Burnett C. Terman and Dave Dohmen to the Housing Authority Board. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR UPDATE ON FOP AND PERSONNEL: Abernethy made a motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session regarding FOP and personnel. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Lon9 and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. 11:15 a.m. executive session 11:45 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the FOP contract and the support staff agreement. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE THE ANNUAL REPORT OF STUHR MUSEUM: Abernethy made a motion and Landis seconded to accept and place on file the annual report of Stuhr Museum. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. APPROVE CNC1~ BUDGET REQUEST OF 1998-1999: Long made a motion and Quandt seconded to accept the budget request of the Central Nebraska Council on Alcoholism, Inc. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. DRUG TESTING: Gary Quandt requested that this be placed on the agenda for discussion. He is requesting all county employees and elected and appointed officials to be tested. Discussion was held on the cost involved. Quandt made a motion to refer this to the County l~ttorney for an opinion regarding drug testing for all employees and elected and appointed officials. Motion failed for the lack of a second. Landis made a motion and Abernethy seconded to accept and place on file the office reports from regional planning, county attorney statistical report, county clerk, register of deeds, It)
