Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster Landis, Long and <br />Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO THE HALL COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD: Long made <br />a motion and Abernethy seconded to approve the appointment of <br />Burnett C. Terman and Dave Dohmen to the Housing Authority Board. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted <br />yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR UPDATE ON FOP AND PERSONNEL: Abernethy made <br />a motion and Quandt seconded to go into executive session <br />regarding FOP and personnel. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Lon9 and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with <br />Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11:15 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />11:45 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk <br />absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the FOP <br />contract and the support staff agreement. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted <br />no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE THE ANNUAL REPORT OF STUHR MUSEUM: <br />Abernethy made a motion and Landis seconded to accept and place <br />on file the annual report of Stuhr Museum. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted <br />no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE CNC1~ BUDGET REQUEST OF 1998-1999: Long made a motion and <br />Quandt seconded to accept the budget request of the Central <br />Nebraska Council on Alcoholism, Inc. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, I~andis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted <br />no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />DRUG TESTING: Gary Quandt requested that this be placed on the <br />agenda for discussion. He is requesting all county employees and <br />elected and appointed officials to be tested. Discussion was <br />held on the cost involved. Quandt made a motion to refer this to <br />the County l~ttorney for an opinion regarding drug testing for all <br />employees and elected and appointed officials.
