<br />?<c~ ~/~;:;" <br /> <br />a The real property and track described in lease no. DACA45-1-79-6041 as amended and <br />assigned to DTE CS Rail Services, Inc., together with a perpetual rail easement fifteen feet <br />either side of the center line of said track except as provided herein; <br /> <br />b. A rail easement twenty-five feet either side of the center line of the rail track between <br />Airport Road, also knO'Ml as 12th Street, and 8th Street, depicted as tract 1; <br /> <br />c. A rail easement over all land located within a line fifteen feet west of the rail track and two <br />feet east of Third Avenue between 6th Street and Husker Highway, depicted as tract 2; <br /> <br />d. Fee simple title in and to the Nitrate Area, consisting of 100 acres more or less, including all <br />buildings and improvements thereon, depicted as tract 3; <br /> <br />e. Fee simple title in and to a tract depicted as tract 4, consisting of all lands located between <br />Airport Road and 8th Street and between the centerline of the north south rail line and a line <br />140 feet west of and parallel to said centerline; <br /> <br />f Fee simple title in and to a tract depicted as tract 5, consisting of 180 acres more or less, <br />located between Area 9, Line 2 and Area 10, Line 3 and between the north main rail line <br />and 7th A venue; <br /> <br />g. Fee simple title in and to a tract depicted as tract 6, consisting of 160 acres more or less, <br />bounded by the south main rail line and south magazine loop line; and <br /> <br />h. Fee simple title in and to a tract depicted as tract 7, known as the Classification Yard, <br />located between six feet east of the eastern edge of the road located to the east of the north - <br />south mainline and fifteen feet west of the center line of the north - south main line, <br />including Building CY-I and the parking area east of Third Avenue. <br /> <br />1. Fee simple title in and to a tract ofland depicted as tract 8, consisting of building S-l and <br />such additional tracts or easements within the "Shop Area" as may be subsequently agreed <br />to by the Department of the Army, the Board, the CAAP Reuse Committee, and DTE. <br /> <br />J. A rail easement twenty-five feet either side of the center line of the rail track known as the <br />railroad holding yard and connecting rail track, depicted as tract 9; <br /> <br />2. The above described transfers shall be subject to the following covenants, conditions, restrictions, <br />and limitations: <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />a Survev And Changes In Descriotions And Parcels. The above descriptions of easements <br />and parcels are approximate and intended only to describe the general area to be conveyed <br />to DTE. DTE shall furnish surveys of said easements and parcels to the Hall County Board <br />of Supervisors. The Hall County Board of Supervisors and the CAAP Reuse Committee <br />may require changes to any parcel description, boundary, or dimensions as necessary to <br />accommodate the needs of the County of Hall or the CA.AJ> Reuse Committee. <br /> <br />3 <br />
