Abernethy, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ON APPOINTMENTS: Quandt cited examples of various <br />appointments that the Hall County Board has had to make and <br />stressed that the Board needs to look at local people. He <br />clarified for Landis that he meant any appointments.
