<br />9<6 ;:: t) I fJ / <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall State of Nebraska, is empowered by the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway <br />improvement purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD <br />OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, <br />grantee, a warranty deed from James D. and Sharon 1. Riley, grantor, to the following <br />described real estate: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty <br />Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence westerly, <br />along and upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Eight <br />Hundred Seventy Two and Fifty Four Hundredths (872.54) feet; thence deflecting left 90 <br />00' 00" and running southerly, a distance of Fifty (50.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90 00' <br />00" and running easterly, parallel with the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a <br />distance of One Hundred (100.0) feet to a point of curvature; thence northeasterly, along <br />and upon the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is 813.944 feet (long chord deflecting <br />left 05 51' 55" from the last described course -long chord distance = 166.36'), a distance <br />of One Hundred Sixty Six and Sixty Five Hundredths (166.65) feet to a point, Thirty <br />Three (33.0) feet south of the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), said point <br />also being on the south line of public road right of way; thence easterly, along and upon <br />said south line of public road right of way, and being parallel with the north line of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Three Hundred Fifty One and Seventy Two <br />Hundredths (351. 72) feet; thence deflecting right 41 56' 15" and running southeasterly, a <br />distance of One Hundred Seventy Three and Eighty One Hundredths (173.81) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 20 12' 08" and running southeasterly, a distance of Sixty Eight and Fifty <br />One Hundredths (68.51) feet; thence deflecting right 09 02' 10" and running <br />southeasterly, a distance of One Hundred Four and Ninety Eight Hundredths (104.98) <br />feet; thence deflecting right 10 06' 47" and running southeasterly, a distance of Sixty Nine <br />and Seventy Six Hundredths (69.76) feet to a point Fifty (50.0) feet west of the east line <br />of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence deflecting right 08 38' 55" and running <br />southerly, parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Two <br />Hundred Twenty Two (222.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90 00' 00" and running easterly, <br />a distance of Fifty (50.0) feet to a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE <br />1/4); thence deflecting left 90 00' 00" and running northerly, along and upon the east line <br />of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Six Hundred (600.0) feet to the point of <br />beginning and containing 1.924 acres, more or less, of which 1.091 acres, more or less, is <br />presently occupied by public road right of way. <br /> <br />or the purpose of providing additional lands for the aforementioned highway <br /> <br />improvements. <br />
