9:5' j:' ~c:J 5'1 hereby is authorized to make purchases of station ry, office supplies, office consumable, and other goods and materials necessary for the functioning and operation of the committees and computer equipment, software, and related items for the County's computer systems, subject to the consent of the County Computer Committee. Any such purchase shall be less than $2,500.00 per purchase and shall otherwise be in accordance with and subject to the County Purchasing Act and shall not exceed the amounts appropriated by the annual county budget for such purposes. Purchases of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars or more shall be made by the Hall County Board of Supervisors pursuant to the County Purchasing Act. There shall be no individual bonding of said chair required by virtue ofthis delegation of authority. An executive session was requested for discussion. Stelk made a motion and Lancaster seconded to hold executive session regarding the keno satellite sales application and personnel. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with Landis and Long absent. Motion carried. 9:20 a.m. Executive session 9:35 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded to go out of executive session.
