f f;::- %#i ~ T RESOLVED that the chair of the ADA Committee and the chair of the Safety Committee each be and hereby are authorized to make purchases of stationiry, office supplies, office consumable, and other goods and materials necessary for the functioning of the each respective committee, subject to the consent of each respective committee. Such purchases shall not exceed $2,500.00 per purchase and shall otherwise be in accordance with and subject to the County Purchasing Act and shall not exceed the amounts appropriated by the annual county budget for such purposes. There shall be no individual bonding of said chairs required by virtue of this delegation of authority. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1998. Janulewicz Deputy Hall County Attorney AUTHORIZE PRINTING AND PURCHASE OF REUSE PLAN: The original Reuse Plan was prepared through a contract and a limited number of the plans were printed. Lisa Hagen provided the board members with information on the cost of the copies and Janulewicz recommended that the board authorize the purchase of the additional plans. They would be sold for the cost of production for $16.00 per copy. Landis made a motion and Quandt seconded to authorize the purchase of 25 additional reuse plans from Larson Printing and to sell them for the cost of printing. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
