Long made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to approve Resolution #980002 establishing <br />petty cash fund for the office of the County Treasurer. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no, with Lancaster absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-() OD~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PETIY CASH FUND <br />FOR THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY TREASURER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Neb. Rev. Stat. ~ 23-106 permits the establishment of petty cash funds for the <br />purpose of making payments for subsidiary general operational expenditures and purchases; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors desires to establish a petty cash fund as <br />set forth herein for use by the Hall County Treasurer. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOL YED that a petty cash fund be established for the use of the Hall <br />County Treasurer for payment of amounts due from County Offices and Departments for postage <br />due and other postal services charges and fees for address change and mail forwarding services.
