Ms. <br /> Lancaster requested that this be placed on the February 12th meeting agenda. <br /> 18, COMMITTEE OR BOARD M�MBER REPORTS — Mr. McFarland stated that he att�nded <br /> the Stuhr Museum meeting and sent copies of the infarmation <br /> Mr. Schuppan reported that the resolution on the Ellis property is in the process of being <br /> completed and they are attempting to get 3 quotes on the gate they have 1 and are working on <br /> this issus. <br /> Mr. Quandt stat�d that he att�nded Regian III meeting and the South Central EDC meeting. He <br /> was elected vice chair of Region III. He also attended the Mid Plains meeting and they are <br /> headed in the right directian and there will be another meeting in 2 weeks he is the <br /> secretary/treasurer of that board. He will have Corrie Edwards came back. <br /> Mr. Purdy reported that Mr Ziola and Ms Lancaster attended the emergency management <br /> meeting and FEMA will be holding training and there are currently 60 people that will attend. He <br /> also stated that they have new software and are sending out satisfaction surveys. He alsa <br /> attended the NIRMA meeting and they have formed a new 20/20 committee that he is on. <br /> Ms. Lancaster reported that all radios are to be on the narrow band and the raad department is <br /> abaut 90% campleted. <br /> BOARD A5S15TANT'S REPORT— Stacey Ruzicka stated that she did nat have a report. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Ziola reported that the computer committee is still looking <br /> at the I pads there isn't much to bring forward at this time. There are different levels of <br /> pragrams and there is still discussion on caunty or personal ownership.
