PUBLIC HEARING FOR RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR AURORA COOP CAIRO LOCATION: Logan made a motion and Hartman <br />seconded to open the public hearing for the renewal of the conditional use permit. <br />Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no with <br />Lancaster absent for the vote and Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />This is a renewal of the conditional use permit for ten years. <br /> <br />Hartman made a motion and Logan seconded to close the public hearing for the renewal <br />of the conditional use permit Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Landis and Logan all voted yes <br />and none voted no with Lancaster absent for the vote and Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Hartman made a motion and Logan seconded to approve the conditional use permit for <br />Aurora Coop Cairo location and approve Resolution #99-0091. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # !J!i1lD q I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF <br />LOT ONE (1) IN WILHELMI SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company, hereinafter referred to as <br />"applicant," is the lessee of the following described real estate, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot One (I) in Wilhelmi Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant has made written application to use the above-described <br />property for the storage in bulk of liquid propane and fertilizer and for storage of <br />propane and fertilizer tanks and equipment related to the business operation of retail <br />propane and fertilizer sales; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above described property is located in a district presently <br />zoned for AG-I Agricultural use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use in a district zoned AG-l is a <br />permitted conditional use pursuant to section 5, paragraph I.c. of the Zoning <br />Resolution of Hall County, Nebraska, as amended; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 1999, a public hearing on said application was <br />held by the Hall County Board of Supervisors upon due and proper notice of said <br />hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at said public hearing the public was given the opportunity to <br />speak in favor of and in opposition to the application for conditional use. <br />
