The officers of the Reuse Committee shall be the Chair and Vice Chair, who shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors and shall be members of the Board. 5. If any committee member or advisory member, for any reason, no longer holds a position with the entity or organization he or she represents for purposes of this committee, the Hall County Board of Supervisors shall select a replacement. 6. The Hall County Board of Supervisors may remove a committee member or advisory member for failure to regularly attend meetings or any other reason it deems to be in the best interest of the committee, and may in its discretion appoint additional members. 7. For the purposed of conducting business, a quorum shall require a majority of the committee members to be present. All questions before the committee shall be decided by majority vote of the reuse committee members present. 8. The Committee shall make and maintain records of its meetings and shall distribute the same to the Hall County Board of Supervisors and such other persons and entities upon request.
