<br />F19990460 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99.'10 ~t:) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1512 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On August 3,1993, the Hall County Board of Supervisors adopted resolution 1512 <br />which established a Reuse Committee, charged with the mission of developing a reuse plan for the Cornhusker <br />Army Ammunition Plant, hereinafter referred to as "CAAP;" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Reuse Committee completed its assigned mission by adopting a reuse plan for <br />CAAP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Reuse Committee has continued to function in an advisory capacity to the Hall <br />County Board of Supervisors regarding land transfers and other issues regarding CAAP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that the Reuse Committee continue as an advisory committee to the Hall <br />County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #1512, adopted August 31, 1993, be amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. The CAAP Reuse Committee shall continue in existence as an advisory body to the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors regarding CAAP, and shall advise the Board of Supervisors on all matters involving CAAP <br />including, but not limited to, land use and land transfers. <br /> <br />2. The following persons shall continue and/or are hereby appointed to serve on the CAAP Reuse <br />Committee: <br /> <br />Hall County Supervisor Margaret Landis - Chair <br />Hall County Supervisor Richard Hartman - Vice Chair <br />Hall County Supervisor W.P. (Bud) Jeffries <br />Mr. Ken Gnadt, Mayor, City of Grand Island <br />Mr. Pat Downs, Director, Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation <br />Mr. Orv Qualsett, Chamber of Commerce Representative <br />Mr. Steve Christian, Industrial Property Lessee <br />Mr. Bob Peters, Agricultural Land Lessee <br />Mr. John Webster, Congressional Liaison <br />Mr. Doyle Hulme, Hall County Airport Authority <br /> <br />3. The following persons shall continue and/or are hereby appointed to serve as advisory members to the <br />CAAP Reuse Committee: <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Mickley, U.S. Army <br />Mr. Rick Noel, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />Mr. Ken Mass, Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality <br />Mr. Tom Jamieson, CAAP Manager <br />Mr. Ron Bishop, Central Platte Natural Resources District <br />Mr. Jerom E. Janulewicz, Hall County Attorneys Office <br />Mr. David Boehle, Agricultural Institute of Nebraska <br />Ms. Sandi Yoder, Stuhr Museum <br />Mr. Tom Winkler, Southern Nebraska Rural Public Power District <br />Mr. Michael Evers, Platte Valley Enterprise Zone <br />
