F19990294 RESOLUTION#~5l WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional. '. property for highway improvement purposes; and WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with Leonard L & Lorraine K Boltz, for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following and: WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNfY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a warranty deed from Leonard L & Lorraine K Boltz, grantor, to the following described real estate: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence running southerly, along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Ninety Three and Forty Six Hundredths (593.46) feet to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad; thence deflecting right 106 31 '09" and running northwesterly, along and upon said southwesterly railroad right of way line, a distance of Thirty Four and Forty Two Hundredths (34.42) feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of 70th Road, said point being Thirty Three (33.0) feet west of (measured perpendicularly to) the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence deflecting left 106 31 '09" and running southerly, along and upon said westerly 70th Road right of way line, a distance of Fifty Two and Fifteen Hundredths (52.15) feet to a point which is Fifty (50.0) feet southwesterly of (measured perpendicularly to) said southwesterly railroad right of way line, said point also being the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing southerly, along and upon the last described course, a distance of Fifty Two and Eighteen Hundredths (52.18) feet; thence deflecting right 73 28'00" and running northwesterly, along and upon said westerly 70th Road right of way, a distance of Seven and Three Tenths (7.30) feet to a point, said point being Forty (40.0) feet west of (measured perpendicularly to ) the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence deflecting left 106 32'00" and running southerly, along and upon said westerly 70th Read right of way line, a distance of Four Hundred Twenty Two and Seventeen Hundredths (422.17) feet; thence deflecting right 90 00'00" and running westerly, a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 00'00" and running northerly, parallel with and Seventy (70.0) feet west of (measured perpendicularly to) the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) a distance of Three Hundred Eighty One and Seventy Nine Hundredths (381.79) feet; thence deflecting left 90 00'00" and running westerly, a distance ofTen (10.0) feet to a point of curvature; thence running northwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 309.11 feet, a distance of Two Hundred Seventeen and Fifty Four Hundredths (217.54) feet (long ..
