<br />with bricks inscribed with the names of veterans from the Civil
<br />War to Desert storm. Stelk made a motion and Lancaster seconded
<br />to authorize the veterans to proceed with the construction of the
<br />wall. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and
<br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA: Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to
<br />approve the following items by consent agenda:

<br />5. Accept and place on file the office reports from the
<br />Clerk of the District Court, County Attorney, Mid-Plains
<br />Center, Emergency Management and Register of Deeds.
