F'1999013Q 8. This permit may be tenninated for any act or acts of noncompliance with the terms and conditions of this resolution. The Hall County Board of Supervisors shall provide written notice to owners of any act or acts constituting non-compliance. Owner shall have 14 days to cure such non- compliance. In the event owner fails to cure such noncompliance the County Board may terminate or revoke this permit. 9. Nothing in this resolution shall be construed as a grant of right, authority or privilege to permit or allow any use ofland, equipment, materials or methods which violates any State or Federal law or any rule or regulation of any State or Federal administrative agency. 10. The acceptance by owner of any benefits or right pursuant to this resolution shall constitute owner's agreement to be bound by terms, conditions and restrictions of this resolution. II" The rights, privileges and obligations' granted by this resolution shall not be assignable or transferable without the consent of the County of Hall, Nebraska.
