<br />F19990141 <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended Midland Area Agency on Aging and they <br />received $3,333.99 that will be spent at the Wood River Senior <br />Center for a refrigerator and at Grand Island for a range hood <br />and doors. She attended corrections negotiations and the <br />juvenile justice committee meeting on the block grant. She <br />attended the computer committee meeting, minutes included and <br />assisted with the NACO survey on juveniles. She stated Troy <br />Chandler completed the survey. <br /> <br />Landis - She attended the Reuse meeting and reported Dave Barber <br />with Regional Planning is working on the zoning. They also <br />toured CAAP. They are working on the tract with the house and <br />hope to sell it this summer. <br /> <br />Arnold - He attended Midland Area Agency on Aging, a CASA meeting <br />and the criminal justice committee meeting. He reported that <br />CAS A held a fund raiser and was successful. He reported that the <br />corrections steering committee met and the law enforcement issues <br />have been addressed. <br /> <br />Jeffries - He attended the County Government Day committee <br />meeting, public works committee, reuse and the personnel <br />committee meetings. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: County Assessor Jan Pelland requested to talk to <br />the board on the CAPS computer program that she is using. This <br />program will not exist after December 31, 1999 and it will be <br />necessary to look at a new program. She is looking at new <br />software and the equipment that will be necessary. This matter <br />was referred to the computer committee. <br /> <br />4:45 p.m. meeting adjourned.
