Motion carried. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ON SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER BUILDING: Mr. Logan stated <br />that after the long-range planning work-study session was held he <br />made another offer to the city concerning the Southern Public <br />Power building. The latest offer was to purchase at $250,000.00 <br />and the city would do some of the remodeling. <br />Logan stated he also received information on the old city hall <br />building. Mr. Dave Albers has purchased the building and is <br />starting on the remodeling on the second and third floors if the <br />county would be interested. Logan requested direction from the <br />board. Hartman stated that is necessary to decide as soon as <br />
