Arnold, Lancaster, ; <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none vated no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5. COUNTY ASSESSOR DISCUSS PENALTY ON PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX <br /> SCHEDULE — Ms. Pelland stated that this was protest#2 for Fireworks Towne Inc. that <br /> was filed but it is on the personal property. She has a copy that was dated April 6, 2012 <br /> but did n�t receive the original copy so a notice was sent out with the 10% penalty. <br /> They are asking that the penalty be waived as it was signed. If the original is ever <br /> received Pelland stated that they could make a corr�ction. <br /> McFarland made a motion and Ziola seconded to uphold the 10% penalty. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
