Arnold stated that they need to re-file the form and mark it correctly and <br /> provide information to support the application. <br /> 10:Q0 a.m. recessed the Board of Equalization meeting <br /> 12:06 p.m. returned ta the Board of Equalization meeting. <br /> United Cangregational Church - Pelland stated that the original was sent to the church and she <br /> recommends approving this exemption applicatian under Nebraska 5tate Statute 77-202. <br /> Church af God of Prophecy—this form was also completed and she recommends approval of <br /> this exemption application under Nebraska State Statute 77-202. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the exemption applications for United <br /> Congregational Church and for Church of God of Prophecy. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Centro Cristiano Int Dias Es Amor Inc. — Pelland stated that this exemption did not have all of <br /> the information completed and they sent letters on March 7 and 26, tried to call the phone <br /> number with no success and even stopped at the property and no ane was there. This <br /> application would be subject ta revocation. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to revoke the exemption application of <br /> Centro Cristiano Int Dios Es Amor Inc. They can alsa file an appeal or a new application. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes and none <br /> voted no. Motian carried. <br /> The exemption applications for the Grand Island Kennel Club and the Sheriff's Posse were <br /> reviewed and Quandt made a motian and Purdy seconded ta approve the exemption <br /> applications. Arnold, Lancaster, Mc�arland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> L.etters will be sent to the others for additional information. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 3 <br />
