She would recomm�nd approval of <br /> the applications. <br /> Schuppan questioned if this was personal property that was farmally under the hospital and <br /> Pelland stated that it was just a new entity applying for the exemption. <br /> Ziola made a motion and Purdy seconded to approve the exemption application from Nebraska <br /> Specialty Network and the Physicians Network. <br /> Arnold noted that just because it was owned by one nonprofit it does not necessary mean that it <br /> is ex�mpt they have to meet the statutory requirements. These have been marked as <br /> charitable. <br /> Lancaster stated that these boards are very specific so they do not risk losing the exemption <br /> status. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the exemptions was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no.
