She may consider going aut for bids. 2012 PERMISSIVE EXEMPTION FOR REAL ESTATE AND I'ERSONAL PROPERTY - County Assessor Jan Pelland presented the list of the real estate and personal property exemption. This is a new application year. All of the previous applications that were previously approved had to file new applications this y�ar. She has approved some at 1�a% and some at a partial percentage rate. She has approved them as per Nebraska State 5tatute 77�202 and is requesting the board's approval. Quandt questioned haw many dollars in valuation this would be and Pelland stated that it would be in excess af 2D0 millian. Schuppan questioned the 100% percentage on Platte Valley Whooping Crane Trust and Pelland staged that this was on the buildings only. Ziola questioned the exemption of St Francis and Pelland stated that this one is the old memorial hospital and part of that is leased to private practices and there is also a partial exemption on the quest house. Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the 2012 persanal and real estate exemption applicatians. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted na. Motion carried. Ms Pelland stated that she also has some new applications to be approved but will address them later because she will send notice to the parties so they will know when they are on the agenda to be approved. Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to authorize the chair to initial tax list correction notic�s #4414 to#4463.
