BOARD MEMB�R'S REPORTS — Mr. McFarland stated that Gary, Dan, Steve, Stacey and a couple elected officials and himself sat in on an inheritance tax webinar. Mr. Purdy—stated he had a note from Valorie Bendixen thanking them for the carpet and the assistance fram Brandon from IT. Mr. Schuppan — stated that h� talked to Gary regarding the weed board meeting and expressed concern on their unprofessional conduct. Mr. Quandt also expressed concern on the weed board meeting and stated they needed to be more professional. He questioned an issue regarding the weed board retirement dollars but Ms Lancaster read th� memo from Pam Dubbs regarding the information from Clint Holmes from the retirement office. He also attended the South Central Economic Development meeting and the South Central R 8� D. Lancaster stated there was a facilities committee meeting and they discussed the ald safety center there has been discussion to move the Veteran's Service offices over ther� this will be discussed at the next meeting. Arnold stated that the electian commissioner needs more space so that may solve two issues. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chairman l.ancaster called for new or unfinished business and no one respand�d. The meeting was recessed for the jail tour and will be adjourned after the tour. Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziala will be attending the jail taur.
